Room was very clean and organized, however a little on the smaller side. Everything was beautiful. Only issue was the toilet seat being loose/broken. Staff was very helpful and nice.

The room was really clean, the amenities were nice and look new, the staff was friendly and really helpful I ask for the possibility to change the room because of the noice and my sleep problems and the gentleman in the front desk was really helpful. The train station is one block from the hotel very convenient, that’s good but if you want to stay late in Manhattan check really well the alerts because after dark they change a lot the times and trains.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was a joyful blast, attended by a crowd of young, vibrant neighborhood locals. We had a couple of appetizers at Rosa's. They were delicious. The margarita I had was just right. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. It would have been nice to have decaf coffee along with the regular fir those who can't have caffeine but still enjoy morning coffee. Celestial teas were a nice touch. A healthy cereal/hot cereal option would have been appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was small but clean and well maintained, the coffee was good, breakfast was okay and dinner was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was located very close to subway so we parked in their building and got to everywhere we wanted to go

I like everything, except I did not expect that everything would self service on line: check-in, check-out, request for needed items, etc. I quickly adapted. What I found unacceptable is the fact that they had bar of soap instead of liquid soap. In this day of recurrent infections of several kinds, they need to have liquid soap. I've been to several hotels, including overseas, nobody uses soap bars anymore, specially after covid killed millions of people - having liquid soap is one way to minimize the spread of infections.

That’s what I like most about the property was that it was close to the event that I was trying to get to. also, it gave me a chance to explore the Bronx, which I’ve never been to before, and I loved it because the men were gorgeous.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The room was a bit snug but had ample storage and shelving. When you check in ask for a refillable bottle to use at their water station. They have flat and bubbly water on tap. Breakfast was super handy for a big day. Had a great stay! Thank you everyone!

There is a hookah lounge on the rooftop but you can't smoke weed:( bummer since it's legal) had to smoke outside in the street next to the bums and addicts. Not so cute. Parking was super reasonable. Great location if you want to go to a Yankees game, the bronx zoo, or little Italy. Walked both ways without incident.rooms are super small, but had everything I needed for 1 night.

We stayed here based on the proximity to a concert we were attending. Parking was easy enough with a garage next door. The lobby staff were excellent. Restaurant was okay. Very busy with long wait times. Room was very small. Really not much to do or see nearby. Walking around was a bit sketchy. No visible public transport
