The Bronx still has some areas going through gentrification and this area is one of them. Growing up here isn't better than it was but their are still opportunities to get better and improve.

The Bronx is true NY...so many cultures, I loved the diversity, most people were pleasant and very nice. Traffic is a horror, but enjoyed the part I visited. This hotel is very quaint, but I could tell the staff works hard to keep it clean.
