スタッフに関しては可もなく不可もなくです。 お湯を沸かすケトルがないことと、電子レンジがフロント横にしかないのがとても不便です。 レンジは各階にほしいです。 最終日には電子レンジも壊れてました。 まだ新しいので部屋はきれいでした。ニューヨーク近郊でこの値段なら致し方ないと思ました。

Overall it’s a great hotel with great qualities for its price range especially in NYC. However it does have its flaws parking is limited. It’s not located in the most cleanly of areas but where the hotel itself resides is clean. The microwave and coffee are in the lobby which makes warming up food or getting a cup of coffee awkward. There are ample food spots within walking distance and even laundromats for extended stays.

First things first, this hotel is not cheap. They offer parking that's why we booked it, turns out they only have like 10 parking spots and people need to figure out their parking on street, sometimes blocks away from the hotel, they parking lot itself is open and not safe at all. We paid for a KING deluxe room wich was big and had a desk. and they gave us a small room with a king size bed, no desk and no chair... like we wouldn't notice, we went to reception to complain and she was condecending about it, but gave us another small room with a desk not the one we booked. There were plenty of people complaining about parking spaces and there is only one person doing everything. At least the hotel was clean.

You could tell that parts of our room hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a stain on the pillow and the phone was covered in crust and dust. The picture of the rooms online look much nicer than what the room looked like in real life.

This hotel was so tiny. The whole place (lobby, elevator and rooms) smelled like weed. I did not feel safe staying there and found another room. After looking at it closer it looks like they put up a bunch of fake reviews when it opened. Also, the hotel was right by the highway and train tracks. The walls were paper thin. The area did not seem safe.

Do not stay here. I repeat: DO NOT STAY HERE. Parking is LIMITED. 8 floors of rooms, like 10 spots. We were told if it’s full “try to find street parking or there is garage maaaaybe 3 mins away”. Not 3 mins. More like 10. Street parking and general area is very sketchy. Room keys don’t work if you leave the hotel. Our room smelled like weed SO MUCH it made of nauseous, coming from a weed smoker. We opened a window to help, train tracks are right there and trains go by every 5-10 and blare their horn. Also the hallways are DARK. I’m not sure if I’m just uncool now or what, but they’re lit with what seems to be black lights. If an effort to be a trendy hot spot, it gives more crack house. We booked two nights and only stayed one, and ate the cost because they weren’t giving us a dime back. Find a different hotel.

Bad service. Room layout weird. No lights. Bathroom floor EXTREMELY SLIPPERY ! Be careful! We had to go buy towels to put down as my mother slipped.

The property was very clean, the room was very modern. The bathroom had lots of hot water. The towels were clean and soft. The king bed was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and on site. The property is located in an inner city area so there are lots of places to eat. Cons:The upramp to the parking is low and can damage under your car. No sweet spot to the room temperature. It is adjustable but it was either too hot or too cold. The train runs right outside the hotel so it can be a bit noisy. It was still a nice stay and I would stay here again.

Room was cute and clean. Staff was helpful and kind. The only issue was someone was smoking in the hotel so the cigarette smell came thru the walls and into my room.

Everything about this hotel was just ok. Nothing special about it. In our room it was just the basics. A noisy cheap bed, a tv, and a fridge. No iron or hangers, no pictures on the walls. Our room smelled of smoke. A positive was free self parking. However, it is on a first come basis.
