Great staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was super clean. Staff was wonderful. Nice variety for breakfast and very good coffee. easy access to the subway. Not in the best neighborhood but didn’t have any problems whatsoever. Water pressure was fantastic and very hot water… Will definitely stay there again

Everything about this hotel was great: check-in was easy, the room was clean and spacious, and most importantly, the staff was really friendly and helpful. An example: I asked one of the women who was keeping things clean in the breakfast are what the flavor of the two muffins were. (Did I mention that there was a full breakfast?) A few minutes after answering, she came back to tell me that they also had blueberry in the back, if I was interested. Above and beyond!

We stayed overnight during the week between Christmas and New Years Eve. The price was very affordable and parking was on-site. It was easy to find, the staff was amazingly friendly, and breakfast being included was a definite plus.. it included hot items like bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. The suite with kitchen and pull out couch was very comfortable for our family of 4. Applebee's does the room service but only until 11pm. There is a DD around the corner as well. It was a little tough to walk to...

For this to be located in The Bronx.. THIS IS TOP TIER!!!! They serve excellent breakfast and the customer service is immaculate!! BOOK NOW!!!

The hotel was as advertised. I loved the layout and the comfort of the bed. By far the best thing about this property is the easy access into the city. The bus stop is a short walk (3 mins) from the entrance of the hotel. It’s a short 20 to 25 minute ride to the Port Authority and you’re in the heart of the action. Hotel was great

Everything was almost perfect for my stay. Breakfast was good, the gym was nice and the fire pit area was a nice place to sit and unwind at the end of the day. The only thing is the pool is still not ready to be used. We have been using this hotel for about the last 6 months consistantly and the pool has been closed. With the summer approaching this is one commodity i wish was working as we (my family and friends we recommend to stay at the property) look forward to spending time at the pool.
