Clean room. Staff was professional and kind, the heat and AC worked. Parking was convenient. The bed was comfortable it just creaked a little bit. The hot tub was good but the water pressure took too long to fill up. I liked the soap and complimentary cookie that was provided in the room. I was pleasantly surprised that it was quiet. The quiet helped us be more comfortable. In our stay, Breakfast was decent.

Stayed in the suite loved the heart shaped tub and the bed was comfy all in all for a hotel in the Bronx really clean and provides lots of room amenities.
