「Logement conforme a l'annonce , très beau et confortable」

「its our second year of staying here now and another amazing stay. Its in a good location as well so everything around is pretty well located. Check in process so easy and even messaged the owner ahead of us staying to see if we could check in earlier. Nothing is too much hassle and the owners commiunicate back in a timely manner. Lots of local shops around as well and with the facilities at the apartment you can do this trip on a budget. Great stay again and will be back next year.」

「Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. 「Wow!! Our balcony is looking onto the beautiful gorge. We are steps from the center and parking was an easy ~5 minute walk. The hotel is updated and renovated and clean. The views are spectacular.」

「Mathilde was extremely helpful during our entire (albeit short) stay. My partner had difficulty with the stairs due to a recent operation and Mathilde was able to give us a room with easier access. Without being asked. I would definitely recommend staying here. 」

"良かった点・朝食の種類…本場のイングリッシュブレックファーストの提供があったこと、他にハムやフルーツ、パンの種類も豊富でした。朝食開始の6:30に行ったので快適に朝食をとることができました。・部屋に置いてあったリフィル可能な水のボトル…エレベーター付近にリフィルステーションがあり滞在中は一度も水を購入することなく過ごせました。・ホテルのランドリーサービスではなく外部のランドリーサービスを使いましたが、洗濯物の受け渡しはホテルフロントで代行していただけました。・ロケーション…完璧です。このロケーションで比較的安価な価格を設定できるのは素晴らしいです。悪い点・特に思い当たりません。これまでロンドン出張時は必ずこちらにお世話になっておりこれからも変わりません。最近ホテル内は改装されたのでしょうか？かなりアップグレードしておりますます好きになりました！"

"トラムの停車場がすぐ目の前であり、スーパーやデパート、お土産屋も徒歩数分内にある。目の前の停車場から国立美術館へ向かうトラムは出てないが、歩いて2分程度のホテル裏側の停車場から直通のトラムに乗れる。プラスチック問題によるものなのか、歯ブラシと髭剃りは用意されていません。"
