After a misunderstanding when we first arrived, it was fixed straight away Only problem was i didnt have signal no wifi so whatApp So i didnt receive instruction how to get the key This had nothing to do with the company. I think all of this information to be sent earlier. "

"Amazing , Amazing, Amazing - did not want to leave . We booked a junior suite which was outstanding . It was more like an apartment with its own kitchen area , utility room with a 2nd toilet, living room , separate bedroom and bathroom. It also had a nice little balcony - which had great views being on the 37th floor , very modern , spacious building with 4 lifts . Reception is on 32nd floor and it has an amazing restaurant with excellent food. Roof top indoor gym and heated swimming pool . The staff were all amazing and very helpful 10/10 ."

"Was not given the same apartment that was shown on the pictures. First when messaged the number, they denied having my booking also and had to go through hassle to get exact location also. There were mold on the curtains and one of the room was very small and barely walkable "
