"Super cute hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was really yummy. However, the mattress our bed had felt like springs a little tough on the body and the top sheet was in the closet so we didn’t have it on the bed and we woke up freezing in the middle of the night and couldn’t find our top sheet."

And if you want to work out a bit there is a small gym area right off the pool over looking the city. Finally, however not least of course, they provide incredible customer service starting from the moment you walk in ——to sadly when you have to eventually leave. They have it all! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is truly one of a kind! To anyone reading this— DO NOT MISS OUT on staying at this amazing hotel and/or going to their spa or restaurant!!! "This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Thomas and Rose took great care of me and my group. They checked in with us daily and were so helpful and quick with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was top notch, you cannot miss it! The bartenders are fantastic as well, and the spa was a great experience. The room was just what I needed, very comfy bed and very sleek and roomy bathrooms. I highly recommend this property for the overall great experience and incredible location, walkable to so much."
