"This is a big, modern high rise, that is oriented towards a long stay business clientele, but also offers nightly rates. There is a rooftop pool which is very nice with a panoramic view of the city. The gym is also ok, but could use a better selection of equipment. I stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very clean and comfortable."

" I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was bright, clean, and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and the room remained quiet throughout the night. The staff were welcoming and always greeted guests with a smile. The whole hotel had a calm and pleasant atmosphere that made the stay very relaxing. I also liked how convenient the location was for getting around. I would absolutely consider staying here again in the future. "

"The location is fabulous! You step outside into the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but once you are in the hotel, it is peaceful and calm. Staff were very helpful during our stay. We came back an additional night and staff were very welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended. The lady chef was lovely and very accomodating both days we were there. Definitely recommend this hotel!!! "

"Oh what a disappointing experience. Would NOT recommend and WILL NOT come back here.. They have ZERO understanding of what Hospitality means or what it takes to be in the hospitality industry Positives: - Booked this hotel primarily because of a water view… - the rooms are decent but not worth the colossal price being charged for them - the view from the room was good, of the lake opposite - The bell boys and the guards are very kind and helpful Negatives: - My shower door got stuck and i could not even open the shower door. Couldn’t reach the phone and was afraid that i’d break the door if i pushed too hard. Took me a good half hour to somehow finagle myself little by little. - The worst part was that when i went to the reception and told them about what happened and that they need to get this fixed before someone else has the same experience, the person at the reception, her name was ‘Tu Le’.. she started laughing and mocking me. No apologies were given, not a single sorry from them.. was just made fun of… maybe it’s a language barrier but this hasn’t happened in any of my travels - Everything at the hotel is overpriced. Just walk a little but around and there are lots of places to eat, coffee, ATM and convenience stores - You get 2 small little packets of powdered milk, maybe a few teabags and coffee and that is IT ! Good luck trying to make a decent cup of coffee or tea in the room - The rim of the toilet water hasn’t been cleaned in AGES from the looks of it "

"It was a last minute reservation and I did not regret my decision to in this hotel. I was very impressed with the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and you can even order from the menu for free. The manager made sure we had enough and enjoy the food. I have traveled around the world but this hotel staff were the most welcoming people in the world. The staff accompanied us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great place to relax and enjoy the view of the city lights at night very peaceful place. Fantastic experience at Royal Premium Hotel Hanoi. Even before we arrive in Hanoi, I could exchange with Anna who had been a huge help in organizing several day trip around Hanoi for our arriving. She is really a star! Lee Pham, Da, Anna and the other people in the team have been sooo welcoming, always helpful and smiling we did really enjoy our stay with them. The members of the team always remembered our program for which day. They took care of us really well and the ladies at breakfast where absolutely lovely. We would like to thanks a hundred time the whole team for making our stay soo enjoyable! We would definitely recommend your hotel and come back to it if we travel back to Vietnam.
