The view from the roof is fantastic and the house has everything you need. Alfonso, the property manager, is very helpful and will answer questions within minutes. Ana the house manager was very attentive and helped us with our needs between a mid stay clean as we were switching guest mid stay. She also shopped for us upon arrival and again mid stay. It is decorated very tastefully, clean, with an amazing view being on the Caribbean side with a pool. 「We had a great family vacation at Villa Tranquila! We had a total of 4 adults (two couples) and 5 kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone, especially with the inflatable mattress Lisa put out for us. The ONLY issues were the hot water- it doesn’t last long AND there was a leak coming from the range hood so we just kept a pot on the stove to catch the water. The community pool was amazing.
