Staff, food, amenities and the entertainment are beyond limits except that our room are not ready until 5:45pm which is unacceptable. Even though we arrive in the resort around 2pm.

Room - Didnt receive clean towels when out. They did respond quickly. Staff- Very professional. Guermo at the pool was lovely and efficient. We got tired of all the add-ons the tried to sell us again and again. Many times a day. Victor who worked with us through Expedia was wonderful.

Room cleanliness was a 7.5/10. It was clean; towels were changed daily and bed was made. Also floors were freshly mopped every other day. I found the faucet in the sink and shower were a little dirty, build up from hard water? The water in the showers smelled weird and so did the sink. I noticed my pillowcase wasn’t changed one day when I requested it was. Not a big deal just something small. Staff was almost always excellent. Kind, nice, welcoming and always said good morning or hello which was pleasant. I didn’t find the bed all that comfortable but I was so tired it didn’t matter most nights. I don’t LOVE the drinks. The margaritas didn’t taste like the real deal because everything used that sugary mix. Aperol spritz were goo, prosecco was good, beer was amazing and refreshing. Air conditioning and fans were great but loud. If you like white noise this works well. Pools were great so we’re hot tubs. Food I would need a write a completely separate review. Dining at the Dorado (hideaway seafood spot) alone is worth having access to the adults only! Buffet was good if you knew what to get, fresh pizza from the oven, tacos, stir fry, I found a fly in my lettuce twice. What are you gonna do. Fruit was great and fresh and LOTS of variety. I really like the Mexican spots for dinner and even GRAZIE was good my steak was honestly cooked better then at the steakhouse. Beach was beautiful. Water was beautiful. I spent wayyy more time I did there than at the pool!

Did not get the king bedded room I reserved. Resort never honored my $600 resort credit through Expedia (claims to not know about it) and the desk for expedia in the lobby did nothing. Contacted Expedia and they tried 3 times to contact hotel,, no one answers the phone. I agree, tried to call the butler and guest services from room. Butler made up for it on day 2 after I searched to find them. Noisy jacuzzi at pool, loud entertainment at night,, closet door broken (fixed by eng), shampoo pump broken (fixed by hskp), mini bar not restocked, no controlling pool chair holding-for hours!

Room was very nice and clean. Room service was wonderful as well. The staff were absolutely amazing kind and super helpful! The cooks are the only staff that did not appear to be happy. The rest of the resort staff 5 stars! Some of the nicest people we have ever met! We had a wonderful time and it was so beautiful the resort and the property. The ocean was an absolute pleasure!

The specific Hideaway location is adults only, if you are looking to not have any children around this is not the location for you. The dining options are not great but definitely not what my group and I expected for the cost. No taxis can pick you up from the resort area which makes planned time off the resort expensive to coordinate
