「So glad we chose the Hyatt Vacation Club in Hacienda del Mar, Dorado the staff was very welcoming helpful and attentive. Gorgeous property our room had everything we could need and MORE! Beautiful view from our room over looking the pool area and beach, our family we’ll definitely be back! 」

「All of the staff we encountered were warm and friendly. Over all the property has a nice ambient vibe, which was a little misleading because we could hear everything outside our room. The room was cozy, but humid, even with the ac running…and the bathroom towels were scratchy! They do offer a continental breakfast everyday with a generous selection. I would highly suggest providing big fluffy robes/ slippers for the guests at a Bali Posh resort.」

「Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor. En si está limpio, son amables. Mi suceso personal fue que no señalizaron que el piso estaba mojado y con jabón por lo cual resbalé y me lastime pie, pierna, rodilla, hombro, espalda, brazo y mano. 」

「Sofá cama viejo, colchón con huecos, se sentían los resortes, habitación muy ruidosa sistema aire (504). Lavatorio con hongo, toallas insuficientes y manchadas de manera desagradable. Varón de recepción estatura pequeña y tez morena (no recuerdo su nombre) poco cordial y sin ganas de ayudar a resolver para que estés al menos cómodo. Nos mandó a dormir en las condiciones antes descritas hasta que se pudiera ir a constatar a la habitación lo que estábamos diciendo el siguiente día. Desayuno básico...

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「Self check-in was a great feature, especially for travelers arriving at various times in the day. The property was very secure with a code to enter the property and separate code for the room. The room itself was clean with air conditioning that worked very well. Room was fitted with convenient amenities along with a small private terrace. One of the best amenities was the outdoor shower near the entrance of the property that allowed us reduce the sand tracked into our room, especially noting...

「Really enjoyed our stay at The Armas, fantastic location in Old San Juan. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shopkeeper Mason was super helpful, even provided us all kinds of ideas and locations to visit during our stay!! If your near the hotel stop by his shop, you won't be disappointed!!」

「The staff were wonderful, the rooms were spacious. Bed a little too firm, but we only stayed one night so it was fine. What we didn’t realize was there is no elevator. It was ok for us, however the 4 th person in our party canceled at the last minute, would not have been able to get up the stairs if they came. 」

「Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! 」

「Great hotel with excellent location. But be aware that it is a boutique hotel. Only two small elevators for the whole hotel. You can hear everything in your room, your neighbors and everything going on outside. Walls are paper thin. But overall, good. 」

The food in the restaurant was great and we appreciated the vouchers to get a discount off of our meals. Will definitely be back as my partner enjoyed the gym and we both enjoyed the pool area as well !」
