The only improvement I’d offer on website is clearer instructions on how to get to hotel via public transportation as within Heathrow hotel ring but not walking distance from terminals. "The staff were fantastic. We needed an early check in as we were off to the Kings Garden party and despite getting there at 11am, Pav who was working on the front desk managed to get us a room so we could get dressed amd ready to go as early as we could. They truly went above and beyond! "
