"My kids loved it but my husband and I did not enjoy ourselves. This was the fist time in Punta Cana we were disappointed. The staff seemed as if they don’t want to be there. Rooms and resort was really outdated. Room barely had outlets and only 2 of them worked. Food was mediocre but the entertainment was top notch. Didn’t know this until we got there but pools, beach and kids club all close at 6pm. First time in Punta Cana we experienced this as well. "

"Room was outdated. The resort itself was very nice. I did find a cockroach in our bathroom. Staff was very indifferent when there was a 4am fire alarm. Not one staff member gave direction initiated any kind of leadership. We had to ask if it was ok to go back to our room and we were given a very snarky “ of course, there is no fire”."

"It was very difficult to get anything you needed. We called several times to get what we needed and it was never taken care of the first or second time. They told us we couldn’t get more than two wash clothes, for a family of 5, because they didn’t have any. There was a leak in our room along with mold so we had to switch rooms. We were told we were going to be upgraded, but they decided to put us in the middle of all the chaos where it was loud which had two separate rooms for my family and I.We purchased a family suite. Outlets and the toilet button fell off the wall when you touched them and there was a cockroach in the closet. After all of the issues with two days left of our trip they decided to give us royal treatment, which didn’t help at all because we were with another family and did not want to leave them. The manager was absolutely unprofessional and nasty to talk to. We will NEVER return to this hotel. "
