The facility is good. The beach towel they charge $10 if you borrow and bring to the beach area. The hotel activity coordinator was amazing hospitality Rosa, Yhon and Jose the bar tender. Thank you guys for taking care of us during our stay. From Garcia Family Philippines/canada 😂

The food was good. Just not a variety of dining options. We like to dress up and have a nice dinner unfortunately that was not an option. the snack shop and the reservation area are the same. No atmosphere. The nicest area, which is very beautiful and very cozy was catered to family, which is fine but doesn’t make sense. It has the amazing beds but no one can relax or sleep with screaming children around. The staff warmed up eventually, but service is not a reason to stay. They do the minimum and don’t seem happy about even doing that 😕 but maybe that’s just how is is there. Make sure you don’t get a room by the exit door they tend to slam most of the night.
