「The property and bedroom were clean, and housekeeping was acceptable. However, my rating reflects two significant issues. Despite advance email exchanges requesting my flight details, my precise arrival estimate of 6:15 p.m., and my emphasis that I had dinner reservation that evening, the front desk was unattended when I arrived at 6:10 p.m. I waited 45 minutes for the ONLY employee to return from her break. When I asked why they had emailed to confirm my arrival time if the desk was going to...

「建物が古く、エレベーターなし、コーヒーのサービスがありました。」

「My room was really good and the property itself was great overall. However, there was no breakfast or quick option to grab a bite on the go. Also, having people hanging around right outside the front door felt a bit unsafe. I highly recommend booking a room with a private bathroom. I accidentally booked a room with a shared bathroom, but the staff was very helpful and upgraded me to a room with a private bathroom for an extra fee.」

「Everything is good」

「The hotel is an old building but has the minimum equipment: moderate speed wifi and airconditioner, but no fridge. The check-in process was a bit messy. Because my flight arrived at about midnight, the hotel had requested me to call the sister hotel in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, there was nobody and I could not get into the hotel. So I walked to the sister hotel and got the key around 1:30 am.」

「clean, good location, feeling the real old San Juan! I’d love to come back to stay again!」

「It's all good.💗🇵🇷❤️☝️ Let me tell you the woman here are not only beautiful on the outside but even their spirits are spectacular even more so. That brings such a beautiful home of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 ❤️ to the contorce hostel. 💗 I think I'm in love❤️🇵🇷」

「ミニキッチンは付いているが、電気ケトルは無い。お湯はコーヒーメーカーで沸かした。部屋は清潔で広さもあり快適。」

「I love this stay so much! I stayed from 10-29 - 11/2 and me and my bf loved it, very quiet and private. The staff were amazing the location was close to everything. Natalia at the front desk was an absolute doll and super helpful. We will be returning!!!」

「Writing Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! We loved the convenient location, very close to the airport, beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The entire staff was attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help with all our needs. A special thank you to Isael who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of by assisting us in Spanish. We truly had a fantastic experience...
