「The hotel has a great location and the room itself was spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. My room was not cleaned during my stay, and I had to track down housekeeping staff just to get fresh towels. For the price, I expected better service. If they improve on cleanliness and responsiveness, this place could be a much better experience. 」

「My stay at this apartment was simple and quaint. I was visiting for the Rauw Alejandro concert and decided to extend my stay. The hosts were attentive, kept in touch and offered complimentary housekeeping since I extended my stay. The housekeepers were wonderful, attentive, kind, and immaculate! 「Long story short. The email I got did not have all the access codes. Could not get in the gate to get to the door. Was not able to reach anyone cause, tried calling the emergency number no response.
