Relaxing Chalet with beautiful Sunrises & Sunsets!

Our Chalet is a 1-Floor apartment consisting of 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom. It is located in Park Gardens, which is a very quiet/private area. It's about 7-10 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls (7-10 minutes driving), beaches (NOT walking-distance), supermarket and restaurants. You will have ONLY the FIRST floor of the Chalet for yourself (it's considered an entire place stay). The owner will be living on the second floor of the Chalet, but it does have its own private entrance. Guests will NOT have access to the second floor of The Chalet nor the Balcony.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed which can fit 2 people in that room.
Bedroom #2 has two Twin beds & a Bunk-bed which can fit 4 people in that room.
**2 additional airbeds can be provided to accommodate 2 more people, for a total of 8 guests in the property. The airbeds can be accommodated one in each room in order to take advantage of the AC.

There are currently 4 Security cameras turned on and recording 24/7. These cameras provide safety for our guests and the property. They are all located outside by the Chalet's Main entrance, Stairs, and on the way to the back area. If you have any question, feel free to let us know. Thank you!

Everything was great! Clean, everything we would ever need. We were even able to watch the Peach Bowl “Go IU”. The balcony was large and great to sit out and enjoy.

Best place ever

This property location is close to airport, old san juan, beaches and many more attractions. This place is definitely worth going back it felt like home away from home and mr manual is such a wonderful person he treated us like family. The house is clean and very comfortable i will recommend anyone to visit

Quaint and beautiful place

We only got to spend a few hour but the communication with the host was amazing, chalet was clean, the cute personal touches were very nice the welcome sign with your name on it was very nice the little Christmas tree because it was still the holiday season was very nice I would definitely stay there again

We enjoyed our one night stay at the chalet! Wish we could have stayed longer, but needed to catch our flight home the next day. The neighborhood was cute and well maintained. The chalet was clean and spacious. We had our dinner on the outside balcony and enjoyed a beautiful night outdoors. We were touched to see the owner had left a sign welcoming us.

The property met the needs of our family of 5 and was located well for our time in San Juan and El Yunque. Communication was great and the host’s father who lives on the first floor was friendly. We didn’t have any issues.

We were only at this property for the night. We were getting on a cruise the next day. The neighbor was quiet, which was nice. The kitchen/living/dining areas were nice and there is a lovely outdoor deck! The beds were not the most comfortable but were fine for the night. Can't really give a fuul review because we were only there from 10pm to maybe 10am the next morning. It was great for the night.

First trip of 2024

Loved being able to hang out outside on the patio. And the openness of the hang out area. Neighborhood felt safe, beds weren’t the most comfortable though. Sleeps 6 comfortably, although we only had 4 in our group. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Spring Break

My 5 friends and I stayed here for spring break this year and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Manuel is so sweet and responds to questions very quickly. His father who lives the floor below is also very kind and was very helpful. We felt very safe in the location and there are so many stores nearby like Walmart, Mcdonald’s, Wingstop and gas stations. The drive is only 15 minutes from San Juan which made it very convenient to uber at affordable prices especially at night for going to La factoria or La Placita. The balcony was so fun and great to hangout and take pictures on. Overall, great place and location and amazing host!!

One night stay with family

My family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) were looking for a one-night stay not too far (within 10 minutes) of the airport. In retrospect, I wish we had stayed at this place longer. That said, the place was clean and the owner of the property "was on it." He had towels, a bar of soap, and water bottles for each guest and was excellent at communication with us. I plan to stay here whenever I come back to PR.

Much Needed PR Getaway

Awesome stay🙂 Manuel was the perfect host making sure every need was met. We had one uncontrollable situation, and Manuel quickly arrived to resolve the issue. The Challet was very homie and comfortable. Lets not forget the mango and banana tree's which made us feel like we were truly on an island. Looking forward to returning soon. Quick stay

We booked with Manuel for a quick trip to show my friend around the area. We are simple, need a cool place to sleep, so it was perfect for our needs. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy without any unnecessary frills. Communication with Manuel was great - I hate that he has to double-clarify things about the property (that it's not along the beach & in a potentially noisy area) because the listing was 100% clear & accurate. Great home and location

We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect amount of space for us and we enjoyed the porch as much as we could. The view was great. So many birds in the area. We saw some beautiful parrots. The AC units worked great and we were comfortable sleeping at night. Stove only, no oven!! I enjoy cooking so I made a few meals. The small air fryer came in handy! Overall, great location and space. We would definitely stay again!

Easy and fast interaction to the owner. Place is very clean and cozy. The rooms have AC but not the rest of the house. Which is the only thing to think about if you are used to the AC. Everything else is great. Will definitely recommend to rent here.

Beautiful and comfy with attention to detail!

First and foremost the host went out of his way to make us feel welcome. When we arrived there were ice cold waters and soda in the fridge waiting for us ( wonderful considering it was a hot day). Ice cold chilled mugs and ice cream dishes in the freezer and toothbrushes and toothpaste, every need you could think of was basically waiting. The property itself is very nicely decorated and was sparkling clean when we checked in. Communication was kind, clear and perfect. The location was easy to find and was close to a grocery store, restaurants and a short drive from our jet ski tour. The neighborhood itself was nice and we felt safe the entire time. The bedrooms were very nice, big and the beds were super comfortable. A.c. units in the bedrooms kept us comfortable while we slept and the are also a number of powerful fans. The kitchen has all the utensils, pots and pans you will need to make a homecooked meal as well as a gas range that heats up food nice and quick. Large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and plenty of dishware. My daughter and I loved just relaxing in the hammock chairs and watching the sunset. We loved our stay at the chalet and next time we are in san juan it will be our go to spot! Thank you for an awesome stay and for sharing your home with us!

Definitely deserves a 10/10 at minimum. The host was very accommodating. The property was cozy and a great location to explore the island. 45 minutes to El Yunque National Rain Forest, 12 minutes to beaches at Isla Verde, 15 minutes to Santurce Art walk… 25 minutes to old San Juan. The area is quiet and safe.

This location was awesome..there was not a thing missing..the management was great..as soon as I text them they responded..the only thing is that a ac will be good in the living room but the fans help some..we where totally satisfied I definitely recommend this location plenty of space and comfortable beds.. very clean.. Thank you Manuel for the great hospitality..see you soon.
