「Great location , helpful staff parking easy」

「Breakfast was buffet with a few options but staff slow to refill when food ran out. No shower cap, vanity kit, etc in rooms. I hate using soap gel and the perfume was overpowering. Check in was a little stressful as staff were busy and not very attentive to our needs. We are also loyalty members and staff didn’t bother asking us until I pointed it out and then staff member said we’re not in system so we showed her our member number and tier… in other IHG hotels we are always welcomed with...

「Although we need to walk a bit from the city center, its still close. The big garden is very close and nice to walk around. The room is wide enough and well equipped.」

「Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!!
