「The room,the chairs were very dusty. The master bath room toilet was very smelly and no air refresher. Aside from that it is a good place and we enjoyed our selves. 」

「Beautiful place!!!! Concierges were very resourceful. My concerns are around pools. 1. attendance entering the property during our stay without notification to clean the plunge pool with a key freaked my wife out 2. and the rooftop pool being inaccessible d/t repairs」

「24 hour guard at property. We left property several times to grab a bite to eat, which everywhere we ate was fabulous and tasty. Prices very reasonable. The bar at intima was great. A swim up bar and places to sit outside the pool. Room was nice, digital entry with a safe inside. Only downside was it is not close to the beach. We walked one day to beach, 4 miles, no sidewalks and felt a it as bit sketch with the daily traffic. Taxi ride home was $40 one way back. The ocean was beautiful. ...

「Quiet and what looks to be fairly new property. Very modern design and spacious area. Fully equipped so we saved money being able to cook. Nice pool area and view from balconies 」

「Great stay. Everything was as described. Host was very helpful and responsive. The only flaw is to get to this property. The google map doesn’t show the exact location. Use the pin point the host send instead of searching the address. Other than that everything else is good. 」

「Great location, about a 10 minute walk to the center of town, and across the street from a grocery store. The host was very communicative before and during our stay, and check-in/out was simple. We loved the rooftop with plunge pool and all the fun birds that visited. The street is well lit and we felt safe walking home at night. There is only a futon in the living area, so probably best for only 2-3 people if you plan to spend much time there. Overall a great stay! 」

「Absolutely gorgeous magical property, peaceful, quiet, crystal clear blue cenote w bats, the home was fully equipped (blender coffee pot, fridge) bring your own foods. The most magical little pup is around d please feed him he will look out for you. Enjoy this jungle paradise stay」

「The house and location are superb. There are many close restaurants nearby. Kitchen sucks and overall up keep needs a lot of work. Would still stay here again.」
