「Basic rooms but clean and tidy. Heritage oak beamed public areas in Central highstreet location. Onside parking free and accessible but not ideal for very large SUVs or vans. No restaurant or breakfast facilities but there are Greg's and chain pub restaurants in the same street within a 2.minute walk」

Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur.」

「The hotel was a bit dated. However it was clean and breakfast was adequate. The spa/ pool was average but clean. The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. Small personal extras could have made this stay feel luxurious but instead it felt like a budget stay.」

「A lovely hotel. Further from where I needed to be re Kings Norton but thankfully I had friends nearby and the taxis were reasonable. The staff were lovely.」
