"Las Casitas at El Conquistador is an amazing place to stay! You have access to just about 6 pools, a private island accessible via ferry, excellent restaurants, and a friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This property is absolutely picturesque and in an amazing location!! The staff members were all very kind and helpful, and the whole resort has been maintained very well. However, there are some improvements needed with the restaurant quality and availability of food options. We never received a complete list of food options available and the hours for each restaurant.. most importantly room service which we definitely would have used the night we arrived from a long travel day. This would be easily fixed by providing a list upon check-in. The property is massive so it was a bit difficult to figure out what was open and when. Once we figured it out, the food that we did have on the property was mediocre at best and way too expensive for the quality. We learned that the breakfast buffet was $31 per person, so we opted not to bother with it since the other food we had at the Market coffee shop and the Sand Trap was not worth the prices we paid. And although the resort is in a gorgeous location, you do have to drive a ways to find good food. I highly recommend Ekelekua and 48 Bakehouse, both of which are about 15 minutes from the property. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this property but would think twice about staying there again unless the food situation improves, especially considering how much it costs to stay here. I definitely expect more from a Hyatt Resort that claims to be 5-stars."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Aquatika! From the moment we checked in, everything went smoothly. The host was extremely attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was exactly as described on Hotels.com—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The property itself exceeded our expectations. The five swimming pools were beautiful and constantly being cleaned by the staff. The grounds were very well maintained, security was excellent, and the controlled access made us feel safe throughout our stay. There is also a convenient kiosk on-site where you can purchase food and drinks, which was a nice bonus. The only issue we experienced was a temporary water supply interruption. However, the apartment owner had a backup water tank available for the toilets, and the Aquatika administration managed the situation very efficiently with a water rationing system, so it had very little impact on our vacation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Puerto Rico."
