「The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days.」

「We enjoyed our stay however the Sunday we got there they had allowed a lot of outsiders in so there were no chairs or room - the middle of the week it was quiet and nice - the biggest complaint was housekeeping- they didn’t really clean and by the end of the week the floors were disgusting. A couple of days they didn’t leave enough towels - the rest of the staff was wonderful and sweet」

「The room not ready on time check in is 3pm arrived at 6pm and wait half hour more for give me clean room. The parking is to far to the hotel at the night not feel safe.」

「I had the best time. I met the most interesting people and had so many laughs up on the roof top. Great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. I was travelling alone but made friends at this wonderful hostel.」

「Our stay was exactly what we needed. We own an accounting firm and stayed for 5 days as a post tax season retreat and it was wonderful. The pool area and outdoor common areas make you feel like you're wrapped in serenity, while still being centrally located. We rented a car and it was great to have parking. The room was clean and suited our needs. My only wish is that breakfast would have been a little more elevated, but it did the job. We loved our stay. Highly recommend to someone looking...

「Overall, we had a good time. However, our first day and check-in experience was disappointing due to an interaction with Jesus at the front desk. The day before our trip, we called to request an early check-in since our flight was arriving at 1 PM. The gentleman we spoke with said it should not be an issue. When we arrived, a young lady informed us that our room was not ready yet, but that she would text us as soon as it was available. At 4 PM, the stated check-in time, we went back to the desk...

「The hotel is amazing! However the rooms you get via Expedia do not reflect the standard of the other regular rooms. (We had a tiny room squeezed in a corner and the view was obstructed by parts of the building: NOT what you would expect if you pay 700$ a night. 」
