"We had 3 fantastic stays at the Riverte Kyoto Kamogawa. Very service minded staff that took good care of us from arriving to checkout. Room was spacious, nice and comfortable - and the hotel has a small rooftop terrace. Area is quiet and nice, but with a selection of amazing small restaurants close by. "The hotel is in a great location, close to lots of shopping and dining options at all price points. We loved the gyoza restaurant across the street!
The nearby river is a lovely spot to walk along or to take a break.
The room was the largest we had of our two week trip and was very modern and clean.
There were always many staff available and they were helpful and efficient.
Overall this hotel appeared to be well managed and is an attractive hotel in a great location. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious! Every staff at the hotel were kind and extremely helpful.
The hotel is located very close to the Nijo castle and you can get around town using the nearby subway train or Uber/Taxi. Highly recommended!"
