"A lovely little hotel tucked away down a side street in Kyoto. Very friendly staff, nice room with good a/c (we stayed during an extreme heat episode so were very grateful for that). Nice eateries nearby. Would recommend."

"Fantastic location within walking distance to the main area of Gion and streets of cherry blossoms without the crowd. The room is so spacious and great for families with a baby or toddler. Our baby was able to play in the tatami room. A cot and high chair was also provided to us free of charge. The kitchenette and washing machine / dryer enabled us to feed our baby and do our washing too without any stress. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from Kyoto Station and a taxi ride should not...
