"I enjoyed my stay but the male assistant at check in thru the automated system was rude and not helpful at all, rest of staff was nice. My room was dirty but front desk changed us to a cleaner room. It was just an inconvenience once we had already stood in that long line for a while, to have to do it again really set us back."
