"It was very disappointing that the whole 4 days we where there the pool was closed. Called to get creamer they said yes I left before I even got it. "

"Let me start off by saying the room we got for the value was phenomenal, which in the end is really the most important part of the stay. It was clean and spacious with full kitchen. After that however the service is about like a motel 6. There is no unloading area so you have to haul your luggage from the parking lot. I asked for a luggage cart and they had me leave my license as collateral. No biggie but still odd. The front desk was quite unfriendly and in order to get my parking pass I had to listen to a sales pitch to attend the sales presentation for their vacation club. We arrived 90 min before check in time. I Asked if our room was ready and was immediately told, No. I asked if they could check if our room was ready and they then looked it up on the computer and of course was told, No, again. My kids went down to the pool at 8 pm. Soon after security quite harshly kicked them out and told them the pool was closed. I called down to the front desk and after about 50 rings and 2 tries, someone finally picked up. I asked when the pool closed and they said 10 pm. I then asked why my kids were kicked out and they said they didnt know but probably because of lightning. When I pointed out that there was not a cloud in the sky they said they would check. After 5 min they came back and said it was due to wind. Front desk was unaware and there were no signs up saying it was closed. Basically if you stay here it is for the value but do not expect Vegas Strip type of service."

"Amazing last minute booking. Comfy beds, well maintained property and the room had additional amenities that we had not expected like a mini kitchen and full fridge. Very clean property. Very pleasant staff. Easy parking."

"Lovely property. The staff was fast and friendly. Our room was wonderful and clean. Had a microwave and a little fridge. This property is close to several restaurants and stores that are easy to get to. Starbucks is located in the same parking lot as the hotel. Great place to stay if you want to go enjoy Vegas but don't want the stress of staying on The Strip. There are 2 very cute little grass areas that our 4-legged baby got to enjoy. The only problem we had was a very noisy neighbor. There was music pounding and loud talking from around 130 am till 5 am. Although there were several complaints made and the staff did try to calm the guest down, this would only last for a little while, and then the guest would turn the music up, and the party continued. I am unsure of the policy for this property for loud guests past a certain time, but something has to be established and enforced. This was only an overnight stop for us, and we were continuing our drive to California the next morning. We were exhausted, and due to this, we unfortunately may not return to this property on our next trip."
