"I didn’t get a mountain view room. They told me that one wasn't available and that because I booked on a 3rd party site, they don't guarantee that's the type of room I'd get. VERY disappointed! Also, the magnifying mirror was dirty and the shower didn’t drain properly. Why pay an extra amount for a certain type of room of it's not guaranteed?"

"My daughter, mother and I shared a 2 queen bed suite when we came to town for a sports event at Lee’s Family Forum. Check in staff was amazing, pool was clean and seating was comfy. Rooms were very clean, but air conditioning in our room was broken. We called maintenance every day and were reassured that it was fixed-it was not. "

"Breakfast was good. Side door was not functioning and staff was unaware. Hot tub was not operational and it was a major reason we booked and it was very disappointing. "
