"Wish I could say more about their clean rooms. I’ve stayed here once before and didn’t pay attention. Does the hotel staff ever clean during your stay? I booked for 12 days and not a finger was lifted my entire stay…. Very disappointing. To be honest, I’ve never had to ansk for my room to be cleaned anfter a couple of days, because the unspoken agreement between customers and hotels is “Yes, I’d like my towels refreshed, yes, I’d like my trash cans emptied, and yes, I’d like new sheets!”!but not here? Oh well, maybe I’ll stay somewhere else next time. Otherwise, the amenities are decent and the restaurant is great. The casino staff is very helpful."

"The room itself was ok - it's the fact that the place was in "transitioning" to new "ownership" and more than half the games on the casino floor were off, beer was the only alcohol available, no staff, had to call the front desk to get a rolling cart and was told "we don't have any carts and I don't know when we will". I am a 60 year old woman & had to make 3 trips back & forth carrying luggage.carts & there is no one to get the cart to bring my things to the roomwhen I called the front desk 3 times"

"Always a favorite place to stay. There are lots of places to eat, many options of things to do. The hotel rooms are clean and quiet, very comfortable. We never use any of the amenities. Have a hard time paying the resort fee when we don't use any of the resort extras. An overall wonder stay!"

"Didn't like that there was no ice bucket in room. No ice on each floor, and you had to get a little ice at front desk and had to go down 10 floors for it. No coffee in rooms just vouchers for coffee 10 floors down. Only one elevator operational. No restaurant, only snack food at different vendors inside casino."
