Had a great time the people were great. The amenities were great. They had a good selection of restaurants. The casino games were good. They could’ve opened an extra table or two for blackjack would’ve been helpful. Everything worked out very well.

room was clean, beach access is cool. they have two pools, one for adults and one for kids. the kids pool was disgusting, the guest do not care about helping maintaining the pool. beer is overpriced. they do have a cool arcade for the kids.

Property like casino and restaurants were clean and friendly. My hotel room almost clean, found hair laying on floor in bathroom called housekeeping in afternoon when returned back to room for second night after told them if they can clean room, but no one showed up. But overall the room views were spectacular, overall service at Harrah’s always been great people.
