"Not at all. It reeked of cigarette smoke through the entire hotel including our room on the 11th floor. The room was dirty, had blood on the light switch and wall, dog food crumbs were left in the corner, webs on the ceiling, thick dirt caked around the floorboard. We requested room clean up and it took 3 hours for housekeeping to show up after 9pm. The blood was wiped off, towels brought in, spider webs removed, but no vacum, no bed change. I requested for clean sheets and changed the bedding myself. The housekeeper explained there was only 1 housekeeper per shift and they didn't start work until 3pm. The casino play card did not work in any machines, I had to change the pin twice and it still did not work for myself or finance. Parking paint lines were so faded. Restaurants were closed. Overall, not one manager offered anything, not even an apology for poor cleanliness and especially blood left on the bathroom light switch and wall. "

"Check in was at 2 I didn’t get my room till at 4:30. I requested a non smoking room when booked, I got a smoking room. The staff at check in was rude. They told me for 2 hours to check back every 30 minutes to see if my room was ready. "
