"I seen kids playin the lagoon pool. I was a little disappointed pool was only 3ft deep but the property served my purpose "

"Because we brought our little dog, we were put on the bottom floor. If you have someone in the room above who walks around, you may not be able to sleep. Very thin floors, ceilings and walls. It was also difficult getting up and down the stairs for us senior citizens. This is a very old hotel and is overdue for a major upgrade. Tha staff was wonderful. Security staff very visible made us feel safe. The landscaping is beautiful. "

"Clean room. Very disappointed the pool wasn't open, we had to walk over to the Edgewater pool . Which was smaller then the Aquarius Pool. Online they said the pool would be open during our stay. Rooms could use updating."

"Servers on the casino floor would not approach me to be served during most of my stay. They had no problem approaching my husband who had to order all of my drinks due to this. They would walk right past me, even the times I tried to get their attention."

"We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean, the food was good, and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. One staff member really stood out, she wore colorful glasses (I unfortunately don’t remember her name). She went above and beyond to help us get our tickets for the Sphere show since we’re not local and didn’t have a U.S. phone number. That kind of service truly made a difference for us. The view was awesome, we even got to see a train pass by, which was a cool little bonus. Overall, a 9.5 out of 10 experience. We will definitely book here again. Greetings from Aruba! "

"We weren't given the room we requested and paid for. Most of the trip, our windows were taped with plastic because they were painting, so NO courtyard view. The ice machine was broken but they'd send up ice for a fee. 6 elevators and 2 escalators were broken, the room thermostat was pulled off the wall and we found it on top of the unit. AC worked but heat didn't, and on and on. The front desk could care less about the issues, not happy!"
