"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is great and near entrances to the train station. There are underground shopping/restaurants near the hotel which can connect to Osaka station. I was confused walking through it but followed signs for "JR" and eventually found my way to Osaka station. The indoor onsen (spa) is open from 6am-midnight which was great after a long day of walking. A Lawson convenience store and pharmacy is located on the ground floor of the hotel. One potential con is the hotel is positioned right on a main street which means you can probably hear car noises or general noise pollution from your room. "

"We were only in Osaka for one night, before starting a week of hiking the Kumano Kodo, and enjoyed the experience. The hotel is conveniently situated near a major train/metro station, and a lot of upscale shops."
