"I typically prefer staying at Marriott or Hyatt Hotels, and I chose this hotel primarily for its 5-star rating and its proximity to Universal Studios Japan. The location and amenities definitely met my expectations. For instance, there were no bathrobes in the bathroom, and the towels provided were quite small and thin. Breakfast selection is amazing, they had a good range of options available from traditional breakfast to continental breakfast. Rooms are refreshed or cleaned everyday. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. We had a great time!"

"One block away from the party! Minute or two walk away from a 7-11 and Family mart. So much to do within 10-15 minute walk from the hotel! From our three hotels in our last visit to Japan, this was our favorite! Super good view too."
