"The property is just out of the city area and also close to Kansai which makes it easy when it's time to fly home. They give you towels and water everyday. It's close to a couple of large malls that have multiple restaurants. The girl at the front desk (Dong) was super helpful and helped us with a late check out. I would highly recommend staying here when in Osaka."
