10/10 Excellent

"The room needs some maintenance. For example there were stains on the carpet and the room had an odd smell like of soaked towels. But other than that, the bed and restrooms were clean. They do have a laundry room that on includes 3 washers/dryers which is not enough for the guests they receive in the hotel. I was able to wash and dry until 4am when I was able to have a turn. The staff were very friendly."

"Really enjoyed my 3 day getaway trip from Tokyo to Osaka, perfect location on top of the train station and close to all the shopping and food. Super clean with all amenities you can think you would need. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, I have recommended this hotel to my friends visiting Osaka next month. Next time I plan to stay longer in Osaka and definitely will stay here again!"

"It was a beautiful hotel, extremely clean, with super friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent. The big market (I forgot the name) was within a 3–5 minute walk, and the subway station was within a 2–3 minute walk. It was convenient to get to all the must-see places in Osaka, including USJ. The breakfast was amazing. Extremely high quality with a wide variety of options. It absolutely made our trip to Osaka fantastic. The only thing we wished for was a table and chair in our room. There was also no business center or any table/chair area within the property where we could check emails and do some work (we still needed to work during our vacation). Other than that, it was perfect! We were so glad we chose ANCHORED!!!"

"Really nice but basic room. Free water and a good size. Hotel gives you happy hour drinks for each guest which was brilliant and you can eat for free on the evening. Really nice touch. Checkin was ok but not overly friendly or helpful but not bad. Would recommend to stay as the location for Osaka is amazing."
