Toyoko Inn was very clean, great service, attentive staff and enjoyable free breakfast. The price was right and the location is easy to find and close to many dining options and the train station. My only disappointment was that I wish we had the choice of a no smoking room. The room smelled like smoke, which was disappointing for us.

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided great service. The free breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of options. It was located very close to a train station and walking distance to very popular food and shopping areas. There is also plenty of laundry machines so the wait is not too long.

I love how convenient the location is from the subway station. Very close to Dotonbori. Kitchen staff are remarkable, especially Gerry or Jerry. He always make his way out to explain the breakfast especially those that are Japanese cuisine. Very knowledgeable of what their department has to offer. Overall facility is clean. Other than the very tiny space (which is normal in Japan), everything and everyone served remarkably.

Like 1. Convenient to JR stations - just outside. 2. Lots of food options. 3. Near attractions either by foot or train. 4. Newly renovated with smart controls in room for lights and TV. 5. Breakfast 6. Double room was spacious 7. Cleanliness 8. Lockers to store luggages Don't like 1. Only 1 pillow. Pillow is too firm for me and mattress could be softer. Didn't really have good sleep. To give extra softer pillow ie. 2 pillows will be better. 2. No daily housekeeping - room cleaning only on every 4th day of stay. Need to place rubbish and used towels outside room every morning. Clean towels, pyjamas and plastic bag for dustbin will be hung outside. Good to provide 1 dustbin in toilet.
