"The APA Hotel is very convinently located to public transportation making it easy together around Osaka. The rooms are small by US standards, if you have lots of luggage it could be hard to store. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were the worst I ever had in any hotel. They felt like a foam rubber that had been run over by a steamroller. Very uncomfortable. If I ever go back to the hotel I would bring a pillow."

"Some cleaning staff stole my new burgundy dress and matching pair of heels during my stay. I realised once I left the hotel. I have since not heard back from the hotel about any lost items. It was an expensive dress and that was the one that got stolen from my room along with new heels."

"Everything was wonderful from check in to checking out. The breakfast buffet had a vast variety of choices. Concierge was helpful with our luggage forwarding to our next destination. Just a heads up if it is your first time visiting, the hotel is located within the mall / train station. Does not have a typical hotel entrance that would be highly visible if you’re arriving via train. Overall great stay. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is near namba station and family mart is beside it which is a bonus. It’s self check in and out but someone is there to help you. But i would like to compliment the lady who cleaned our room. We were in the room at that time and we have to stay in their lobby. She did an amazing job and cleaned it fast. Overall a great place to stay and walking distance to Dotonbori and shopping area in Ebisu and shinsaibashi"

"Useful location. We were on the 9th floor and it included a suite full of drinks and snacks as well as a great Starbucks machine that created many Starbucks specials. Location has lots in the ‘hood. Nearby Osaka attractions and a convenient train connection to KIX. Some strange arrangements and charges took the edge off."
