Very affordable and clean modern facilities. Friendly staff. Location is near several stations. But be aware the surrounding area is a tad run down but overall safe.
The lobby area was nice, it definitely gave such a great first impression. The room was decent and fit 2 adults and 2 children comfortably enough, so no complaints there in terms of space. However, we could clearly hear loud train noise throughout the night. The location also felt a bit rough, with several homeless people around the area, which didn’t feel the most comfortable when travelling with kids. Overall, it was okay for a short stay and the price point.
The lady at the front that helped me was very helpful. Price was great and the room was clean. Only issue I had was the bed was uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it. I just needed a place to stay for the night and this did it. I would recommend if you’re on a budget.
Room was clean and spacious for 1 person! Laundry was convenient and the common areas were great for meals. Close to multiple transportation entry points and lots of food within a 10 minute walk.
A really good price, the rooms were clean and air conditioned. We came after the reception was closed but it was very easy to check in online and enter through another the side door. You can hear the trains running frequently but they are not loud and didn't impact sleep at all.
The hotel is basic but in good condition. Looks fairly new. The staff was very nice. Good value. The problem is that it’s right next to the railroad tracts and trains go by every 2-5 minutes from 5 am until midnight. There are a lot of homeless people around but they weren’t aggressive at all . We had a good stay. The rooms and bathrooms are big. I didn’t like the proximity to the trains because I’m a light sleeper.
The rooms where worn down but good for a large family to stay together for the price. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. Its is close to train station and walking distance to Don Ton Bori, but there was a lot of homeless outside. Good budget hotel.
The room and common areas were clean. Laundry was easy to use and quick. Walkable to shopping and lots of dining options around. Hotel is far from the main train stations, there’s a closer station but not as many trains going to the main tourist areas. Lots of homeless people and drunks roaming the streets nearby. They didn’t bother but feels uneasy to walk at night time to/from train.

Disliked: Amenities
The hotel was very minimalist. We had a bathroom in our room, but there was no soap which was a little inconvenient. No shower in our room but there was a shared shower and large sink on every floor. Location is close to many different trains. The location is a little sketchy. Many homeless people sleeping on the streets at night. One night walking back to the hotel I saw a man peeing on the wall. The next morning I got cat called at. If you’re ok with paying less and being uncomfortable then this the place for you.
Late check-in was definitely tricky even though we got an email with instructions. Luckily our driver from airport was able to help us get in, otherwise, everything else was great. Hotel was fine, clean, safe, although, thin walls. The amorous couple next door could be heard quite clearly which was a little sleep disruptive. Next time, we'll definitely try to plan to arrive in Osaka before 6pm.
Hotel is amazing. Clean and staff is friendly.
Very good for the cheap price, and close to train stations. Area Outside has quite a bit of litter and homeless laying around, but not the harrassing type, they keep to themselves. Was still a great option for the price. Just over 400 CAD for 5 full nights.
