The location of this property was great and lots of amenities nearby. The transit system is located nearby and you have ready access to restaurants and shopping.

The location of this hotel was great since it was so close to the subway station. Also, there were restaurants, grocery stores and an indoor playground for children all in the same building complex. The hotel room was clean and reasonably big considering that hotel rooms in Japan are typically smaller in size.

Right inside a mall, within 5 mins of Osaka Umeda station so very convenient if you’re doing a few day trips out of Osaka. Very busy hotel with lots of guests at all times but still felt very safe. Room was spacious enough for 3 people and 3 luggages.

This is not the first time we stay in this hotel. It’s modern, close to subway stations and lots to restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

It's a big and modern hotel right at Osaka Station. I only stayed for a night, and my room on the 33th floor was perfect for that: very clean, with awesome panorama day and night. The breakfast was good, and you can find hundreds of restaurants, malls, and stores nearby, from a gigantic Yodobashi Camera to the Nintendo store at the station.

This is a clean and safe hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is at the center for everyhing from transportation and shopping. I am certainly booking at this hotel on my next trip in the near future.
