We had an excellent stay here for our Osaka trip. Great location, lovely hotel with gorgeous rooms that are big for what you normally get in Japan. Excellent amenities, coffee on the top floor for no additional charge and great washing and drying facilities for little cost. We loved it here. Thank you.

Great hotel at Denden town in Osaka! Staff was excellent, warm, very helpful. The rooms were clean, and amenities were awesome. Location can’t be beat: 15 minute walk to Dotonbori, Namba Parks, Shinhaibashi, and many other areas. Will absolutely stay here again when in Namba, Osaka!

The hotel is in a good location, just on the edge of Namba - super convenient without being in the frey of things. Breakfast was good- excellent range of options. The hotel bar was a little lack luster and the lobby was big but seemed under used. The room felt smaller than what I expected, but this is Japan and rooms typically run small - I just expected something a little more roomy than advertised. We were in an executive twin room. The tiny eating table was more in the way than useful due to the size of the room.

The lounge on the 6th floor was great, it was a nice quiet and clean space to regroup. It was nice to have free coffee and tea but the selection could have been better. Staff we very helpful and also accommodating (they allowed us to stay in the lounge 2 extra hours until our car came to pick us up from the airport). Location was also great, it was a cleaner, quieter street which we really appreciated.

Citadines Namba is a great location for dotonbori, Namba shopping, Karumon markets, Denden town, amerikamura and others. A short ride to the castle or aquarium or USJ. Clean, comfortable and the staff were amazing, helping out with a range of things for us. Highly recommended

Location was great. You've got the main anime area in Osaka next door, a nice outdoor market nearby, and can walk to Namba station for a variety of shopping malls. The rooms are the largest I've stayed in, in Japan, and have microwaves, which is a rarity. Would definitely recommend if you want to be able to relax inside your room at the end of the day.
