"I was hesitant at first to book because there weren’t as many reviews as other hotels but our stay was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we’ve had. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels, very clean with great amenities given. The staff were very lovely and the breakfast was delicious. "My room was absolutely incredible. I had a corner room with a city view. I was blown away by how beautiful the city was from so high up (31st floor). The room was big, but still cosy. It was a very comfortable stay and the breakfast was perfect to set me up for the day. The hotel team were very courteous and helpful and it all made for an extremely pleasant stay. If / when I come back to Osaka, I shall be choosing Centara Grand Hotel again!"
