Loved our stay here in Osaka. Super clean and beautiful design. Great location super close walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Sooo many food and drink options around you can’t go wrong. Also a 7/11 right across the street! Loved everything about it and the staff was super kind and helpful. <333 will miss this hotel!

Wonderful staff and hospitality. Located near local restaurant gems while walking distance to tourist hot spots. Excellent coffee machines to welcome you in the morning, and great amenities to help you wind down for the night.

We had a corner double room with a king bed, large lounge area, large closet space, bathroom with wet room and small fridge. They have ice and irons on some of the floors and there is a lovely amenities bar in the lobby with skincare products to grab in the evening. Very well, well maintained and in a super walkable area with a 7-11 across the street. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay, lovely staff and a really clean, modern and tidy hotel. Washer and dryer facilities available so this is really handy as they are spread across 3 separate floors. Close to central Osaka so the location is great and I used their recommended luggage service which arrived the same day as promised. I did find the pillows were uncomfortable so I had trouble sleeping on these and the light is lacking for some rooms but overall, really enjoyable and would stay again
