This was a very nice Hotel. We enjoyed the food from one of their restaurant in the Hotel. Customer service was recommendable. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will consider staying here whenever we go back to visit Japan and try their other locations.

The breakfast buffet was the best with so many selections. Excellent service at the buffet. One recommendation, it will be nice if staff will help you in completing the yamato luggage transfer form as it was written in Japanese. They give you the form and the front person was not very helpful.

Excellent location for Dontonburi area and convenient for subways to everything else. Go to Umeda Sky Tower and Aquarium was easy too. Some Staff seemed a bit uppity n slightly annoyed with me n my daughter. Checkin and having our bags shipped was no problem though n those staffers were very pleasant. Room was small for two if you have a lot of bags

Basement level has direct access to Osaka Namba Station, where you can find a supermarket as well. Within 10 minutes walk to Dotombori with hundreds of food options. One full bathroom and an extra toilet room for large family.

This hotel is close and at the same time not too close to dontonbori. Easy access to restaurants, nightlife and shopping as well as JR rail and subways without being right in the middle of all the loud evenings. It has a beautiful view of Osaka. Nice big room also.

Fantastic hotel. The service was 5 star. If I were to say anything negative it would be that you had to go to 2 separate elevators, but even that was not bad because they were so fast and very smooth. Highly recommended.

hotel shower temperature kept fluctuating to hot and cold while the taps did not. The lighting it the room was also subpar and quite dim. hotel breakfast was immaculate definitely worth it.
