We stayed at Hotel Royal Classic Osaka for almost a week and the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining. The metro is directly connected to the hotel, which made getting around the city very simple. We took a day trip to Kyoto which took about 2 hours from the hotel. The hotel is close to everything, and the amenities were excellent. The staff truly provided us with five-star service—everyone was kind, respectful, and very welcoming. They even gave us a thoughtful departing gift since we stayed for several day! I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again when we visit next year.

Our room was very clean and they provide things that we would need for stay above and beyond comparing to other hotels in Japan. Beds and sheets are nice and the water pressure was fantastic.
