"Well-located with clean rooms that match description. The sento is a lovely touch and the PJs were good too. Staff were very helpful with everything, including luggage transfer. Only slight issue was # of washers / dryers. It's a popular hotel so there would be a bit of queue for these in evenings. There was a way to check if they were available in room which we appreciated, but just something to bear in mind to try and avoid popular times (evenings) if you need a lot of washing done."

The location is excellent — having direct access to the subway right next door made getting around Osaka incredibly easy. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it perfect to rest after long days exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel location was perfect since it’s less than a 5 min walk from Kyoto’s main train station. The breakfast was wonderful with a perfect blend of traditional Japanese cuisine and American options. The milk bread is absolutely delicious! Our double room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the window faced extremely bright stairway lights that were on all night. The curtains didn’t block out the light on the sides which was right where our head lay on the bed. Aside from that the room and hotel was great. "
