"Everything was pretty self served. One downside every night usually there is a bit of a line up at the lobby to take the elevator back to the room. Also if you needed any type of luggage service in the morning better go early or else there is also a big lineup to get helped."

"This hotel and staff are exceptional. Arrive to check in and there are multiple staff to help. There is a cart with cleansers, hair brushes, shavers etc if you have forgotten anything. Check in is smooth, room is clean, quiet and spacious. Family Mart and Lawson right across the road, 5 minute walk to Osaka Station and the Metro. On check out, they have a luggage delivery service to the next hotel which I would highly recommend. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. "

"One of the best experiences and stays I’ve had. The service was one of a kind and they even helped me recover my phone that I left on a train. I can’t explain how amazing this place was from the restaurant on the 10th floor to the views of the city from the room. The mini bar had various kinds of drinks that welcome you to Japanese culture. Considering going back already. "

"This a cheap hotel but it's orderly and there are no wholes in the furniture but the room is gross. the toolset bidet is gross . the dust is so thick. the carpet is scary and I saw a roach. however the bed sheets were clean I check and the tiny towel I had for the 3 night was clean. if I didn't pay for all the nights up front I would have left."
