Well located hotel, less than 10 min walk from main train station and conveniently located adjacent to new numerous restaurants, pubs, shopping and an entertainment district. Nice clean rooms on the smaller side but well appointed.

Room is tiny, bathroom is very small, bathtub is very very small and if you are tall, you will hit the ceiling. They do have washer and dryer, but only 4 total for the whole hotel, so doing laundry will take a long time because you will have to wait for a empty machine. And across the street in front of the hotel is a small cemetery. The location is good, close to food and shops and transportation.

I stayed at this hotel back in May and decided to pick it again because of all of the different places to eat. Also the hotel staff went above and beyond. I left an item in the room after check out and I didn't notice until I arrived back home in America. I called them right away and they immediately found the item in their lost and found. They coordinated with a local delivery company and I got my item back with in a week. I thought it was going to be gone for good, but they had it.

Prime location, but cramped space and AC/service issues What we liked: * Excellent location right near the train station * Incredible variety of nearby restaurants and food options What could be better: * Room was quite small—we knew Osaka hotel rooms are compact, but this was still too small for comfort * Weak air conditioning during the summer (stayed warm even at 20°C on high fan) * Weak Wi-Fi signal in the room * Inconsistent housekeeping (bed left unmade on a few days despite the request sign)

ALL of the staff was excellent. The entirety of the staff was helpful, at our service & helped with everything we needed. The staff earned 5/5 stars! The rating is 3/5 stars for the facilities ONLY. The room is very small, bathrooms small & outdated equipment. If staying here as a couple please look elsewhere, solo you may be fine if okay with very small unit. I’m 6’0 & my head nearly touched the roof in the shower.

Tiny but functional room, air con doesn’t really cool down, and had to ask reception for them to unlock the window so I could sleep.(“very dangerous, sir!!”) It can be quite noisy at night between ambulances and enthusiastically revving motorcycles. Still the location near Osaka station is unbeatable.
