We had a reservation that included breakfast buffet - with western/Japanese food - so so tasty. We wish we were able to stay in the room with 2 beds, but they were all sold out. Will def stay again, but had to ride a bus or subway to go to Osaka station. All stops very close to the hotel though. Also grocery store is right in front of it if we need to buy meals/snacks.

The staff is friendly, they attend anytime. The rooms are clean and the hotel is hygienic upto standards. The breakfast has a set menu which most of the japanese hotels follow. The most important thing is the location. Looking forward to stay again when in Osaka.

Room is very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Good location next to subway trains access. However my room air conditioner had not been cool during my 6 nights stay. I turned it down to the lowest temperature that was allowed (20 degrees), but it was still feeling hot. The bed quilt was thick; so I couldn’t use it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Osaka. The breakfast provided each morning was excellent, and the hotel offered a great selection of amenities. We especially appreciated that pajamas were provided, although they may not be the most comfortable fit for taller guests. As expected in Japan, the room was on the smaller side, but it was still comfortable and manageable for our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get around the city. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is a bit farther from the main shopping and entertainment areas, so you may need to factor in additional travel time. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Osaka.
