"This hotel was clean and always staff around to help you. You can tell it is quite new in appearance and the room was spacious. The breakfast also was great and had a variety of foods. Would stay again for sure! "

"Perfect location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the busier areas of Osaka and with plenty of Izakayas and food options on the doorstep. The public bath is open til 2am, which is amazing for a late flight and check-in. Automated check-in service at the reception is also fast and convenient, with plenty of helpful staff nearby. The convenience store on the 4th floor was also amazing for withdrawing cash and getting a quick snack. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff was helpful everywhere except at the cafe. They were not helpful or friendly at the My Place Cafe. Rooms were more western than other locations we stayed in Japan, which is what I thought we might want toward the end of our trip. Nice overall. Good location. "
