"The stay was great. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. This is the best location for a few reasons. It's right on top of Umeda station. This is basically a huge mall and food area with mostly locals living their daily lives. While still a busy area, there really aren't very many tourists in this area which is great. There is a small Sushi spot under the street that was my favorite place to eat sushi in Japan. "

"Hotel staff were amazing. Our original room had a problem with the ac and when we told the front desk they immediately upgraded us. Location was great as well - it was right next to both the mall and subway stations"

"Friendly staff, always available on reception. Lots of free toiletries etc in reception to help yourself to including free drinks and bottled water each day. Good bed and quiet rooms as they have a second internal door away from the hallway."
